WLGME Mission Statment
We promote full participation by female lawyers in the legal profession, with women coming from diverse perspectives and racial and ethnic backgrounds, the maintenance of the integrity of our legal system by advocating principles of fairness and equality, and the improvement of the status of women by supporting their exercise of equal rights and equal representation.

To undertake studies, conduct research and make recommendations to thought leaders, policy makers and academic and legal organizations regarding the issues of importance and relevance to women lawyers in the Middle East such as achieving equality of rights and opportunities.

- Provide a high level of support and commitment to women in all facets of the legal profession, including the collective goals of women in law and society.
- Encourage and provide unique support, resources and opportunities for its members to use their knowledge, skills and resources for the benefit of the public.
- Establish and develop a platform for women to participate fully in economic life across all sectors, which is essential to achieve economic and social development.
