As a nonprofit group, WLGME relies on the support of members through membership
fees and corporate sponsors to provide a quality forum for female lawyers in the Middle East.

The WLGME founders believe strongly in an active commitment to social and business matters in the MENA region by using a legal platform as the context to raise awareness and create opportunities. The WLGME will provide seminars, workshops, social networking opportunities, hosting of functions and events all of which are relevant to the legal profession as well as career development opportunities. There is also an academic and legal research aspect to the nature of WLGME’s mandate through partnerships with prestigious academic institutions and law firms to carry out further studies on developments in the region which impact female lawyers.

The WLGME offers membership to corporations and individuals from both the private and the public sector, with an emphasis for supporting female legal professionals.
