Bio
Mira is an associate based in Reed Smith’s London office, specialising in contentious and non-contentious energy and commodity matters.
Mira has experience working with national oil companies, global commodity traders, mining companies, banks and non-bank lenders, including funds.

Mira’s transactional experience includes assisting clients with drafting and negotiating facility and security documentation, commodity sale and purchase agreements and advising on other trade finance products. On the contentious side, she has experience acting for clients in the English High Court, as well as in ICC and LCIA arbitrations.
Mira also has experience in structured finance, sports finance and tax.

In addition to this, Mira is also an active member of the firm’s wider initiatives, and is a team member of Kids in Need of Defence and Arabic legal counsel with Reed Smith’s refugee project, Lamp, Lifeboat, Ladder. Mira is also on the committee of Reed Smith’s Multicultural Network and LGBT+ Business Inclusion Group, PRISM.
