Bio

Nadine is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate team and is based in the Dubai office. She has a wealth of experience in advising on the structuring and establishment of national and multinational corporations and joint ventures, as well as in advising on various aspects of investment, corporate governance, consultancy, labour, media, hospitality and real estate laws. Nadine has a special focus on regulatory matters, having worked closely with various governmental entities and regulators. Nadine is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
Experience

Nadine has assisted on various projects in Qatar, including the successful Qatar 2022 bid, and works for clients including the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, beIN SPORTS, Al Jazeera Media Network, the Communications Regulatory Authority, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Qatar Airways, Qatar Museums Authority, Qatar Railways Company QSC, Sidra Medical and Research Centre, Ezdan Real Estate Co QSC, United Development Company (UDC), Qatar Olympic Committee, Barwa Bank and Tadawul Holding Group.
