Bio

Dima is a Senior legal director at Yahoo, based in London, and has been with Yahoo since 2009 when she started working in their Dubai offices.

Dima is responsible for the advertising function of the EMEA regional business, and provides general legal support in Italy, Spain and Dubai on corporate and commercial matters. Dima therefore deals with all issues relating to advertising and core revenue generation, such as commercial advertising agreements, advertising compliance, advertising policy, marketing campaigns, and the implementation of global monetization policy.

Prior to working at Yahoo, Dima worked at DLA Piper Middle East in the Projects and Finance Group, where she advised upon all manner of multinational finance projects, including a secondment to Dubai Bank’s Legal Department. Before that Dima worked at Khasawneh & Associates ( now Eversheds) in Dubai.

Dima has been been admitted to the Beirut Bar in 2007, having trained at Kimbrough & Associés Law firm in Paris and other law firms in Beirut.
